She is up for hours during the night.
Tossing and turning.
Staring at the walls.
She insists on having someone in the room with her while she lays quietly, wide eyed.
If we try to sneak out, she screams hysterically….
So instead we lay on her floor, staring at the ceiling in unison.
We are at a loss.
Suggestions? Please.
Can you change her schedule?? Have her stay up later at night, take a later afternoon nap?? Start having her put herself asleep at night, if she isn't already. That way when she wakes in the middle of the night she can try putting herself back to sleep...
